I had a mixed experience at this hotel. While the staff like Dale and Sonya provided excellent assistance and made me feel welcomed, the rooms definitely showed their age and could use some serious renovations. The parking accommodations were a huge relief for me during my road trip. However, the overall condition of the hotel, especially the outdated amenities, left much to be desired.

The service was exceptional, with helpful staff going above and beyond to assist, even though the hotel facilities felt dated and in need of some upgrades.
